These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of legendnondairyfoods.com and any orders placed with Legend Non-Dairy Foods, operated by Wiaterra LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products and Services

Legend Non-Dairy Foods offers made-to-order raw vegan meal prep, bulk food orders, and catering services. All food products are prepared to order using organic, gluten-free, non-dairy, raw vegan ingredients including nuts, seeds, mushrooms, onions, flax, chia, walnuts, and almonds.

2. Orders and Payment

  • All orders are made to order. Please allow up to two weeks for preparation and shipment.
  • Payment is due at the time of order.
  • We accept major credit cards via Stripe and PayPal.
  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
  • For catering and bulk orders, pricing may vary. We will confirm pricing before processing payment for custom orders.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship nationwide within the United States.
  • Local delivery is available in select areas — contact us to confirm availability.
  • All products are dehydrated and shelf-stable. No refrigeration is required during shipping.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been handed off.

4. Returns and Refunds

Because all orders are made to order, we do not accept returns of food products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt at [email protected] and we will work to make it right.

5. Catering and Bulk Orders

For catering and custom bulk orders, a deposit or full payment may be required to begin preparation. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled preparation date for a partial refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable due to the made-to-order nature of our food.

6. Food Safety and Allergens

Our products are free from dairy, gluten, soy, and peanuts. Products contain tree nuts (walnuts, almonds) and seeds. Please review ingredient information carefully if you have food allergies. We are not liable for adverse reactions to undisclosed allergens not listed in our ingredient information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Wiaterra LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wiaterra LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
